ಬತ್ತದ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಹತ್ತಿಯಲೇ ಹೊಸೆದು

ಬನ್ನಿ ಹಚ್ಚುವ ಕೂಡಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ದೀಪ

ಸುತ್ತ ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದ ಬೆಳಕಲಿ ತಮವನಳಿಸಿ

ಸೇರಿ ನಲಿಯುವ ಸಗ್ಗ ಭೂಮಿಗಿಳಿಸಿ

ಬಂಧ ಬೆಸೆಯುವ ಅತಿಥಿ ದೈವರೂಪ

 

 ಸರ್ವರಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಹಾಗೂ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಶುಭಾಷಯಗಳು.

Let us gather to celebrate the festival of lights and enjoy cultural programs performed by talented community members.

​

 Please follow these guidelines before sending your entries.

​

● Group performances can be up to 5 min (excluding Drama - max 20 min). Minimum

    participants in each performance must be 4.

● Fancy Dress participants must be 5 years and below. (Duration 1 min)

● Adults can perform only once in any category of their choice excluding Naadageethe and Prarthane.

● Performance order/slot number will be finalized and communicated to the program coordinator two days prior to the event.

● All tracks/contents must be in Kannada.

 

Please send your participation confirmation by October 18th, with below details to culturalteam@hkkct.org.

Communication sent directly to any individuals over WhatsApp,Texts, or any other medium will not be considered.

 

Please include following details in your email,

● Participant(s) Name

● Choreographer/Coordinator Name and phone number.

● Category of the program {group dance, Fancy Dress etc.}

● Duration of the performance

● Performance (Song) Name

 

Track requirements

 

 All tracks should be in *MP3 format*. 

 Tracks must be labelled with program name (for group performance)/participant name (for fancy dress). 

 Tracks with proper labelling will be downloaded and any other track format/s, HKK is not responsible for any issue/s.

 If any microphones/microphone stands are required, let us know the count in advance   

 

Please Note:

Entry closes on Saturday, October 18th, OR when all the slots are filled up, whichever is earlier.

Last date to send the final track is November 1st and no tracks will be accepted thereafter.

 

The information sent will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the HKK executive committee.​
